Grounded in strong values, mentorship, and servant leadership, we strive to develop young athletes into disciplined, confident, and accountable leaders through the game of baseball — while building character, teamwork, and a commitment to their community.
Melissa Heat Baseball was founded by Coach Scotty White and Jim Henry with a shared vision of creating a community-focused baseball organization that emphasizes player development, character, teamwork, and family involvement. Our goal is to provide young athletes with opportunities to grow both on and off the field while fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and love for the game.
Coach Scotty White serves as the Head Coach and Co-Founder of Melissa Heat Baseball. He is committed to developing young athletes through strong fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a competitive spirit. Coach Scotty believes in creating an environment where players can grow as athletes and individuals while building a lifelong love for the game.
Jim Henry serves as the Team Manager and Co-Founder of Melissa Heat Baseball. He oversees team operations, communications, scheduling, and organizational development to help create a positive experience for players and families. Jim is passionate about building a strong baseball community where young athletes can develop their skills, confidence, character, and love for the game.
Game schedules are being finalized. Send them over when ready and I'll publish them per team (or wire it to a Google Calendar so it self-updates).
Rosters will be posted once finalized. Send me the lineups whenever you're ready and I'll publish them (first name + initial is recommended for minors).
